The main room, spacious and bright, directly overlooking the river can accommodate up to 130 people, and is also suitable for ceremonies, business dinners and banquets.
A second more intimate and cozy room is characterized by a large stone fireplace and is the ideal place for a romantic dinner or for small companies.
The kitchen is followed directly by the owner and offers typical dishes of the Valsesian tradition presented in an elegant way. Our philosophy is to use local products as much as possible, respecting their seasonality. Trout, cheese and salami, butter and meat are purchased in the area by small producers and in the summer the vegetables we use are those from our gardens. All this allows us to have products always fresh and of the highest quality that once passed in the hands of our chef are transformed into aromas and flavors of incredible intensity and fragrance. An exclusive dish highly appreciated by our guests are the Baci di Piode, an authentic recipe created by one of our chefs in the 60s.
We also have a good cellar that is attentive to the excellence of our territory and that of Piedmont in general.
On reservation we organize themed dinners of any kind, for example Raclette, fondue, truffle or the traditional chamois dinner held every year in November.
